Dr. Nenita Maganti is an ophthalmologist at VisionPoint Eye Center. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science with Highest Distinction and obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Maganti completed her residency in ophthalmology at the University of Wisconsin where she served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Maganti specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology, cataract and refractive surgery, and has an interest in medical retina. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Maganti has many research publications, including in Ophthalmology and Cornea journals.
Dr. Maganti is dedicated to enhancing her patients’ quality of life while working with her patients’ goals and expectations. She is fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Outside of her practice, she enjoys playing volleyball, baking, board games, watching thriller and comedy TV, and traveling with her family.
