Dr. Pinter is from Central Illinois and graduated with High Honors in his degree in Biology from the University of Notre Dame, where he was also inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at Washington University Medical School in St. Louis, MO and was selected for the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his residency at the prestigious W.K. Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan Medical Center.
Dr. Pinter is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, International Society of Refractive Surgery of the AAO and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He specializes in laser vision correction (iLASIK and ASA) and refractive cataract surgery.
